Flexible 1.875 LED Module – Why do we design it?
The mainstream LED module size in the market is 240x120mm. This relatively small size presents challenges in smooth splicing during actual assembly, and its arc design has significant limitations, failing to fully meet customers’ diverse requirements for product shape.
After multiple rounds of communication with customers and collaborative discussions within the internal technical team, the ARECH engineering team proposed an innovative solution.
This solution involves structural optimization and dimensional adjustment based on the existing P2.5 module, primarily through moderate elongation of the module length (270x120mm), which effectively resolves stress concentration issues caused by bending and significantly improves the overall flatness and stability of the module. At the same time, to respond to customers’ demand for higher clarity and contrast display effects, the engineering team selected TOP 1010 all-black LEDs.
These LEDs feature excellent color mixing performance, enabling smoother color transitions. Their high contrast characteristics enhance the depth of the image and improve the visual experience.
Through the continuous efforts of the technical team, the P1.875 product has completed multiple key stages, including prototyping, resistance testing, and flexibility testing, and has officially entered the mass production phase.
Within the 30-day work cycle, the product went through all processes from sample development to finished product assembly. After rigorous inspection, all performance indicators fully comply with the delivery standards.
Key features of the ACIPO1.875FF flexible LED module
High Flexibility
The LED flexible module is constructed from advanced flexible materials, enabling it to bend, fold, and stretch without compromising performance. This unique property allows the screen to conform seamlessly to a wide range of irregular installation surfaces, including curved walls, cylindrical columns, sloped ceilings, and other non-planar structures.
By adapting to diverse architectural and design challenges, the LED flexible screen significantly expands the possibilities for creative and immersive visual displays, making it an ideal solution for applications where traditional rigid screens would be impractical or aesthetically limiting.
Minimum diameter of curved LED Display: 343mm
Creating angles, curves, cylindrical, and seamless designs has never been so easy with ACIDPO1.875FF adaptive capabilities.
Magnetic support, Front Maintenance for our Flexible LED Screen
ARECH brings to you a new generation of Flexible LED Screen module that adds a silicone housing. An embedded magnet reduces the stitching gap. With this magnetic support, you will be able to provide quick service and replace a module (or more than one).
Silicone rubber housing
The back of the module adopts a silicone rubber base shell with uniformly distributed strong magnets on its surface, facilitating quick attachment and installation, greatly simplifying the construction process, and improving installation efficiency.
High refresh rate
The module supports a refresh rate as high as 3840Hz or more, effectively avoiding motion blur in high-speed dynamic scenes and ensuring a smooth and clear display effect.
Custom Frames
ACIDPO1.8FF Flexible LED module can be attached to virtually any surface via magnets. With each project being unique, the 1.875 specific framing structure is designed and manufactured to accomplish your unique design and deployment.

The Building Block of Creativity: Introducing the Flexible 1.875 LED Module
In the evolution of LED display technology, the quest is for a component that delivers both high visual fidelity and physical adaptability. The Flexible 1.875 LED Module represents a significant milestone in this journey, serving as the fundamental building block for the next generation of creative visual installations.
Measuring 270x120mm with a P1.875 pixel pitch, this module is engineered to be more than just a part of a screen; it is the key to unlocking non-planar, immersive, and architecturally integrated displays. For designers and integrators, mastering the applications of the Flexible 1.875 LED Module is essential for projects that demand a departure from the ordinary.
This technology bridges the gap between the need for fine-pitch clarity and the desire for organic, flowing forms, making the Flexible 1.875 LED Module a critical tool in the modern visual communicator’s toolkit.
The core innovation of the Flexible 1.875 LED Module lies in its harmonious balance of resolution and flexibility. The P1.875 pixel pitch is a strategically chosen specification.
It provides a high pixel density that delivers sharp, detailed imagery for medium to close viewing distances, making it ideal for applications in retail environments, corporate lobbies, exhibition stands, and broadcast studios where viewers may be just a few meters away. Unlike larger-pitch modules where individual pixels can be discerned, the Flexible 1.875 LED Module creates a smooth, seamless canvas.
However, its true differentiator is the “Flexible” designation. The module is constructed on a specially designed substrate that allows it to bend to a specific radius. This means that the Flexible 1.875 LED Module can be used to construct not just flat walls, but also gentle curves, cylindrical columns, undulating waves, and complex corner solutions without the need for specialized triangular or corner pieces.
This inherent bendability transforms the Flexible 1.875 LED Module from a standard component into a versatile medium for three-dimensional design.
Deploying the Flexible 1.875 LED Module unlocks profound creative and architectural potential. Its standardized 270x120mm size ensures modularity and ease of configuration, allowing it to be tiled together to create virtually any size of display while maintaining the ability to curve the overall structure.
This enables the creation of immersive environments where the screen wraps around the viewer, such as in tunnel-like retail entrances or panoramic control rooms. It allows for the integration of digital displays into structural columns, turning architectural supports into dynamic brand canvases or information portals.
The Flexible 1.875 LED Module is also the ideal solution for creating seamless, large-format curved video walls for stages, auditoriums, and high-end boardrooms, where the curvature enhances viewing angles and draws the audience into the content.
By providing both the resolution for impact and the form factor for integration, the Flexible 1.875 LED Module empowers designers to think of the display as a malleable architectural material rather than a fixed appliance.
To ensure these ambitious installations are viable in the long term, the Flexible 1.875 LED Module must be engineered for durability and reliability. Flexibility cannot compromise robustness.
Advanced manufacturing techniques ensure that the solder joints and circuitry within the Flexible 1.875 LED Module can withstand repeated bending during installation and maintain integrity over time.
Many such modules also incorporate protective technologies like GOB (Glue-on-Board) encapsulation, where a clear epoxy layer is applied over the LEDs. This coating shields the delicate pixels from physical contact, dust, and moisture—critical for installations in public spaces or interactive exhibits.
Furthermore, achieving a uniform, distortion-free image across a curved surface built with Flexible 1.875 LED Modules requires precise calibration and content mapping software. A successful project leverages both the physical prowess of the module and the intelligent software that makes the curvature visually seamless, ensuring the final installation is as reliable as it is remarkable.
Conclusion: A New Paradigm for Visual Integration
The Flexible 1.875 LED Module is redefining the relationship between digital content and physical space.
By combining a fine P1.875 pixel pitch for clarity with true physical bendability for form, it serves as the essential component for creative freedom. Its standardized 270x120mm footprint offers scalability, while advancements in protection ensure longevity.
Specifying the Flexible 1.875 LED Module means choosing a future-proof foundation for projects that demand more than a flat screen—it is the first step toward creating immersive, integrated, and unforgettable visual experiences that shape the space itself.
